Our Story: From Real Estate to Community Impact

Our Story

At KCH, our journey began in real estate investing, where we focused on rehabbing homes and reselling them. Over time, our passion for helping homeowners led us to house flipping, ensuring that families had beautifully restored homes to live in. However, as the real estate market shifted, we expanded our business into trucking and logistics to maintain financial stability while still making an impact.

Despite these transitions, one goal has always remained at the heart of our mission: helping the homeless find stable housing. Although we don’t yet have all the resources we need, we are deeply committed to building housing solutions that change lives.

In addition to our housing efforts, we are federally regulated through FMCSA and actively partner with owner-operators of dry vans, flatbeds, box trucks, and dump trucks to transport freight for businesses. Through our partnerships with dump truck operators, we also play a critical role in disaster relief, helping to remove debris after natural disasters and restore affected communities.
